Account Information: Email address, display name, and account identifiers provided during registration.
Usage Data: API call logs, instance runtime metrics, token usage, and billing information.
Agent Data: Workspace files, agent configurations, and message content sent through the API. This data is stored in your dedicated compute environment.
Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or payment method details.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve our services, process payments, communicate with you about your account, ensure security, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on AWS infrastructure in the US East (Virginia) region. Agent workspaces run in isolated compute environments with dedicated storage. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest for all sensitive data. API keys are stored as salted hashes.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (AWS for infrastructure, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional emails), and as required by law.
6. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. When you delete an instance, all associated agent data and workspace files are permanently removed. You may request full account deletion by contacting support.
