Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Thermidora ("the Service"), operated by ComexiasLabs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Thermidora provides a managed AI agent orchestration API. Users can create compute instances, deploy AI agents, and interact with them via REST API. The Service includes the Thermidora API, API Console, and supporting documentation.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Billing & Payments

The Service uses a prepaid credit model. Compute instances are billed at the posted hourly rate. Model inference is billed per token at the posted rates. Credits are non-refundable. When your balance reaches zero, running instances will be automatically stopped.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: generate or distribute harmful, illegal, or abusive content; attempt to circumvent security measures or access other users' data; resell the Service without authorization; or overload infrastructure through abuse or denial-of-service activity.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create through the Service, including agent configurations and workspace files. ComexiasLabs retains all rights to the Service platform, API, and documentation.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is currently in beta and may experience changes, outages, or feature modifications. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ComexiasLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may delete your account through the API Console or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our data retention policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
